The Training manager, student contact officer, teaching staff and administrative staff of the College are available to provide general advice and assistance with matter such as studying, homework, accommodation, English language problems and counselling. Students requiring special or intensive assistance must contact the training manager or the student contact officer who may refer them to external support services if required. The College will not charge for support services it supplies of for referring students to external support services. Students will have to pay any fees charged by external support services that they use. Our individual student services include: 

• Airport Pickup:

Einstein College of Australia can arrange an airport pick up service. You should contact us with complete information 3 days prior to the arrival with finalized flight details. Payments need to be made at the time of enrolment.

• Insurance:

Overseas student health cover (OSHC) is mandatory for all the student visa holders for the entire duration of their studies. Einstein College of Australia is going to organise health covers for all the international students.

• Accommodation allocation:

Einstein College of Australia will gladly assist you in finding suitable accommodation. Students who require this service should fill the relevant application form and provide the accommodation requirement details. There is a wide range of accommodation for international students include:

• Home stay: This type of service will be suitable for the students who are completely new to the college. To confirm your Home stay accommodation, please contact the college for relevant Home stay application form
• Shared Accommodation: Advertisements found student notice boards and local news papers will appear for one or more people to share a house or a flat. This is suitable for the students who have been in the country for a while and comfortable with living arrangements. The approximate Cost will be in between $80 - $150 per week.
• Rental Accommodation: In order to rent a house, apartment/flat, you need to sign up a lease with the agent and pay one month rent in advance as well as the security deposit. Approximate Cost will be in between $200- $400 per week.

• Computers and Internet:

All students are provided access to computers and high speed wireless internet at the colleg via their own secure login.

• Counselling support:

Einstein College of Australia offers free counselling service to all its students. The college has qualified staff to counsel students who require additional support on a range of issues from academic to personal. All information is treated as confidential and special attention is given to specific challenges international students encounter when adjusting to a new cultural environment.
