(Note: This course is not offered to international students who require Student VISA's to study in Australia)

Course Length – 10 Weeks Study + 2 Weeks Internship

Course Description:

This qualification incorporates units in frontline and strategic management and the training is applicable to anyone with management responsibility across the full variety of organisations within the world


Certificate IV in Frontline Management is a recognised leadership qualification that assists individuals and enterprises to enhance frontline management performance.


The course examines the skills and knowledge essential for effective leadership and ensures attainment of key competencies is gained for quality management.


The course is focused on the application that can be implemented and utilized in the actual workplace. Both individuals and organisations will benefit from the course as the skills are directly applicable and will be clearly indicated and demonstrated.

This is a nationally recognised qualifcation and the certificate will be awarded by Maxis Pty. Ltd (RTo: 91428)

What is Internship & How it Helps at Einstein College:

Would you like to gain experience in an Australian Business? Study Certificate IV in Frontline Management (Nationally Recognised Qualification) for 10 weeks and complete a placement at an Australian Business.

Not only that you will receive a Certificate IV in Frontline Management, you will get hands on experience in a business.

This program commence every 10 weeks at Einstein College. Please contact the college for the start date of the program.

Duration and Timetable


Fulltime Working Holiday Students (working holiday visa holders only)
•    10 Weeks Study (Mondays to Thursdays 9am- 3.00pm, Subject to Availability)

•    2 Weeks Internship Program

During internship, students will be placed in various management roles in offices, colleges, Admin sections, hospitality, retail stores etc., during this internship students will be monitored by supervisors.


Units of Competency:

All students need to complete 10 units, consisting of 4 core units and 6 elective units.

BSBOHS407A      Monitor a safe workplace   

BSBWOR402A     Promote team effectiveness

BSBINM401A        Implement workplace information systems 

BSBMGT403A       Implement continuous improvements   

BSBFIA4021A       Report on financial activity   

BSBRSK401A       Identify risk and apply risk management processes   

Content


1.    The qualification is competency based and is gained by providing evidence of competency in each unit.
2.    Participants carry out assessment projects directly related to the workplace and can create immediate benefits for the organisation.
3.    Participants are provided with learning and assessment guides to lead them through the program and complete workplace based assignments.  


This Course Aimed For:


Frontline Managers – are those who oversee or manage the actual doing of work and management of people.


People in frontline management positions are typically involved in organisations as:


•    coordinators
•    team leader
•    supervisors
•    foreperson
•    leading hands
•    project managers
•    Managers.

Frontline management frequently reports to middle management, although in smaller organisations they may report directly to senior management.
 
 Recognition of Prior Learning


Recognition of Prior Learning is available to those who have demonstrable competency and relevant experience in the frontline management area and/or other relevant qualifications for part or the whole of this Qualification. Please contact us for RPL/RCC Application form. Statements of Attainment can be issued for individual Units.
